My Own Secret Forest: Stencil Artbook Workshop, KR

Seoul Arts & Culture Education Center Yangcheon, 2025

On June 28, the <My Own Secret Forest> workshop took place at the Seoul Center for Culture and Arts Education, Yangcheon. Participants used simple shapes and colors to create their own story-filled artbooks, based on the theme of an 'imaginary forest.' Through the technique of stencil printing, they built their narratives page by page, demonstrating boundless creativity even with limited tools. 

The accordion-style artbook, in particular, offered a special experience for participants to explore the continuity of images and visually compose their own unique stories. It was a meaningful time where both children and their guardians became deeply immersed in the creative process and shared the joy of making art. This workshop was a rich creative platform that allowed everyone to experience the delight of bringing their own stories to life as works of art.
