Biodiversity Expeditions Project, KR

We developed and designed a citizen science program on the theme of biodiversity. The goal of this project is to help participants cultivate environmental sensitivity and creativity through activities that involve exploring organisms and expressing them artistically.

Main Activities

  • Biological Exploration and Artistic Creation: Participants observe organisms and express them through drawing to foster a sense of empathy for the environment.

  • 'Connecting Ecosystems' Performance: Participants visually experience the interconnectedness of ecosystems by connecting their drawings on a map with a thread.

  • 'Bio-Exprimateur' Qualification: After completing the program, participants are granted the qualification to act as ambassadors for biodiversity.

This project was designed to help participants rediscover their relationship with nature and recognize the importance of biodiversity conservation through observation, play, and artistic creation.
